When I kept seeing photos of a delicious looking plate of curry popping up on my Instagram, I knew it was time to investigate. It was a little difficult trying to find a menu online, but after searching for a while I stumbled across the Ganesh m's Instagram page, which had daily posts detailing the menu items for the day.
For anyone wondering... Ganesh m serves curry, and only curry. There are a couple of different curry options available each day, and on certain days the store serves curry from different regions of the world. For example, the day I visited was Thai curry day, with a red and a green curry on the menu.
You have the option of choosing one curry with rice, or you can choose a half and half option, which allows you to choose two curries with rice, neatly divided up by a wall of rice down the middle of the plate.
Ganesh m is located on the second floor of a narrow building just south of Kitahama station. It's a popular lunch spot for local office workers, so expect a lunch rush. There isn't much space to wait (I had to wait on a flight of stairs), so perhaps try to time your visit for either side of the busy lunch service. After trying the curry I could definitely see why there was a wait to get in. The curry was absolutely delicious! Very rich, a little spicy, and the serving size was perfect!

As I mentioned before, the curry at Ganesh m changes often, so I suggest checking their Instagram page to see what's available on the day you plan to visit.
If you'd like to round off your lunch with a coffee or something sweet, the Kitahama area is a great place for some cafe hopping. I highly recommend stopping by the ultra Instagrammable Northshore, or the classic Brooklyn Roasting Company cafe in Kitahama. Both have some lovely river views.

I wish I could try the delicious looking curry at Ganesh m. From the photos on Instagram, it looks like they serve a variety of curry options from different regions of the world. I love discovering new and unique dishes, and it sounds like this restaurant would be perfect for that. Unfortunately, I am not able to visit the store, but I hope to have the opportunity to try it someday.
